Delivery of purchased products
For the e-commerce service, we make deliveries using specialized couriers. The purchased products are delivered directly to the address indicated during the purchase procedure. Each shipment contains the ordered goods and the related accompanying documentation. All purchases will be delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, holidays and local or national holidays. Standard delivery times range from 3 to 4 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the goods.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet. Only after this verification must he accept the delivery, otherwise he will be required to reject the package. If the goods arrive at their destination broken or damaged, we undertake to replace the product at our expense, only and exclusively if the recipient has confirmed the breakage or damage in the presence of the courier who made the delivery or if he has indicated on the document of reception.
